Purdue’s Moonlight Pancake Breakfast

So I’ve talked a lot of about coffee and tea over the last couple weeks, but for this post I wanted to focus on a food that goes great with both: pancakes.

I attended the Moonlight Pancake Breakfast that Purdue’s College of Agriculture puts on every year. This is event happens during Grand Prix Week, which is notoriously known for over-the-top partying.

The Moonlight Pancake Breakfast is actually an alternative event, that does not involve alcohol, but still allows for student’s to have a fun time. This year Moonlight Pancake Breakfast featured unlimited pancakes, a Wipeout game, corn hole, and a performance from some of the members of the Purdue Varsity Glee Club.

To illustrate the event I’ve included a slideshow with pictures and interviews with an event worker and attendees.

I hope everyone had a fun and safe Grand Prix week, here in Greater Lafayette! I do not apologize if this post made you crave a big stack of pancakes.
